DIY Avocado deep conditioner treatment for natural hair

Hey lovelies, I wanted to share with you guys one of my deep treatment mask that makes my hair feel so soft and leaves my ends, scalp well nourished. The avocado rdeep treatment mask does wonders for my natural hair because avocado is a high fatty food that promotes hair growth.

Avocado contains vitamins B and E which work hand in hand to

help hair growth.

Vitamin B helps strengthen the hair while vitamin E helps to repair

damage hair follicles and encourage hair growth.

My hair tends to be dry when I don’t consistently moisturize it, so for this mask I always add other condiments to my hair to get it extra moisturized. I always include olive oil, egg and honey to this deep treatment mask. Honey acts as a humectant that attracts moisture to the hair. Olive oil seals in moisture in the hair leaving your looking healthy and shinny.

Hair mask for dry natural hair
1 ripe avocado
1 egg
3 tbs of honey
2 tbs of olive oil
Instructions
-        - Cut open avocado into two halves, scoop out the seed. Scoop          out avocado in bowl mash with fork.
-        - Add egg to the mashed avocado in bowl
-        - Add honey to the mixture
-        -Add in olive oil and whisk all condiments together till it forms         a paste or you can place mixture in blender to give a smooth             paste, I personally prefer to blend mine.

-        - Divide hair into four sections to get even application of the              mask on your hair. I usually do this treatment on pre-poo hair          or freshly shampooed hair. Make sure you apply the mask on            your ends as well.
         - Cover hair with a shower cap or plastic bag and leave for                45mins or you can use a steamer to generate more heat to this          process.

-        -Lastly rinse out hair mask and condition your hair.
